Psychotherapy For Individuals

Our earliest experiences shape the foundation of who we become—how we relate to others, how we see ourselves, and how we navigate the world. The attachments we form as children become blueprints for our relationships, influencing our sense of safety, trust, and connection. While these early patterns can support us, they can also limit our growth. By exploring past experiences and their impact on our behaviors, we can break free from old narratives and create space for change. With deeper insight into our patterns, we can make conscious choices that lead to a more fulfilling and authentic life.
I understand firsthand what it means to rebuild yourself. Having been raised in Europe and moving to the U.S. at 15, I experienced the pain and disorientation of starting over during a pivotal stage of self-discovery. That transition shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, and self-worth—core themes that influence my work as a therapist.
My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based practices. I integrate EMDR, relational and psychodynamic psychotherapy, and attachment theory, with a deep focus on the transformative power of relationships. I believe that healing happens in connection—with ourselves and with others.
The therapeutic relationship offers a unique space of trust and intimacy—one that can be profoundly reparative. With this foundation, we explore your experiences in meaningful ways, helping you heal past wounds and navigate present challenges. Through self-awareness and a deeper understanding of the patterns shaping your life, you can break free from limitations and move toward greater fulfillment.
